Like most internet based start up companies, Boingo Wireless will abuse your credit card to hell and back. I installed the service and entered my CC number. The very next day I called up and canceled - it was basically lousy service.
I should have realized that these cash strapped firms rarely take no for an answer, ignored the cancellation and went right ahead charging.
I foolishly missed several charges they illegally made on my account and I have now lost nearly $100. I tried to cancel several times and STILL, the charges appear - and each time I have to deal with customer service (and my credit card company and then Boingo) to get a refund process.
