I am reporting this company and product for various things including double billing consumers for things they have already purchased and releasing a very poor product.
This product called "Darkfall" should not even be a commercially available product in the quality that it was released in. They released an unfinished, featureless, poorly produced product with many advertised features missing and make people pay prices for it that are equal to other professional quality productions which this surely is NOT.
Not only that but people are seemingly being double charged for what they already had paid for originally. The company has stated that someone else owns rights to the North American territory and that is the reason why people who had already purchased the EU version of the software must re purchase the North American version which is exactly the same product.
They say someone else owns the rights to the NA version of the product but will not say who it is and when you place an order for the NA version the payment goes to the very same company.
