Citi Bank Group - RegCure PC Optimizer
Overcharged $39.90 for advertised $9.95 RegCure software

I purchased a software product called
"RegCure PC Optimizer" online, advertised for $9.95. I paid for the product using PayPal. (I have records of this listed below.) And then learned that my bank account was drafted $39.90. Not only was I overcharged, the product was inefficient to do as it was advertised. I suspect that I was overcharged for a generic form of this product, rather than an authentic version.
