CIC*CREDIT MONITOR SVC had taken 79.95 out of my checking account from my debit card with out my authorization. I called the company to find out what the charge was and they said that they had given me a on-line credit report which I would have never ordered. After calling the 877-513-4175 number, and waiting 10 minutes just to talk to someone, when the man came on the phone all he could tell me was that when 'I had ordered my on-line credit report was that I could not even view it' They said that I had given wrong information to recieve my report. They are pretty smart, concidering that I never even ordered the report. Someone else was tring to acess my credit report. CIC*CREDIT MONITOR SVC will take the money out of your account every year too! Turns out that I have to go through my bank to get my money back for a service that I never ordered. This company is a rip off and should be shut down.
