I have ordered from this company twice, and both times I was beyond dissapointed and angry. The first time, I ordered a CPU, and the man who processed my order was so blatantly rude to me that I asked to speak to his supervisor. He then became apologetic and offered to upgrade my order to a more expensive computer if I wouldn't speak to his supervisor. I agreed and had no furter problems.
The second time, I ordered a new monitor. When it came in, the picture was shaky. I called the company and they told me that if I mailed it back, they would pay me back for the shipping and send me a new monitor.
The new monitor came in, and I called for instructions on how to be reimbursed for the shipping costs of the faulty monitor. They said to fax a copy of the reciept along with the order number and a check would be sent to me. I did this and never recieved a check. I called the company again, and they said there were 7 fax machines and they couldn't help me, so fax it again. I did this.
Still no check. I called back again, but to a different number, asking for the customer service number. The man said there was no customer service number and there was nothing I could do. I went online and found the customer service number and again called. This time they told me that shipping was too much and they hadn't recived a copy of the reciept with the order number. The story goes on like this. Horrible customer service, misinformed employees, lies, rudeness.
