We paid for 2 items. 1 for $247.50 which was received and we were happy. The other was for sticky note pads with magnet backing and custom imprint in the amount of $287.50. Never Received. Kyle Keller finally responded after we made a number of phone calls and unanswered emails that we were going to complain to the Arizona AG's office. He stated he was having financial problems, and he hoped to get this under control. He was gonig to have an answer for us by July 3. So far, nothing.
Today a complaint was filed with the AG's office. We paid up front by check on May 4. A big mistake. We always use a credit card, but was asked for a check to be sent. Be careful placing an order with this company. He said he was trying hard to keep all his customers happy, but one order messed him up, and he doesn't want to file for bankrupsy. We are hoping that the AG's office will be able to help us out. According to Kyle, our order is completed, but he has to pay for it before it will be shipped. We paid him&he should have paid his vender!
We don't think that Joy Lexington in North Carolina is too far off, since her problem and our's arrived about the same time.
Get with the program, Kyle. Get our order shipped or refund our money.
