I being one who is suffering, as so many, from the financial climate, bought the magicjack. I came to find out that with a "mac" it isn't just plug in and dial. I have to go thru all kinds of gyrations.
Then, the straw that broke the camels back was when i tried to find out why my phone doesn't ring as well as not able to get messages.
They open a window in which you ask your question. Then rather than answering the question one gets a generic answer that doesn't work or apply.
My phone doesn't ring. Well, "unplu it and plug it back in" did it didn't work. Then they tell you "buy a new phone". Still dowsn't work.
Do they have an mail address to direct specific questions and get specific answers. No! Do they have a phone #. No! Is there any method or means to physically contact them? No!
So one has a small hardware devise that downloads software into a usb port and it supposed to be a miracle.
Now, i will post my tele # and you call it. I swear if it rings i'll pick it up. It's like the guy who gave out his social security number and guaranteed his security would prevent anyone from using it. He was/is legitimate.
If magicjack doesn't work with "mac" then say so. Yes i know there's a mac icon and that doesn't get one anywhere.
Any suggestions.
