I ordered this program to get rid of malware doctor. It didnt work after five trys. My computer locked up and i had to reload the operating system but when i tried to reload Spyzooka it said the program was loaded on another computer. I sent my e-mail report to the link they give you but no one contacted me. I told them I was not satisfied and why and requested a refund. I went back to that little automated response and clicked on the link to track my complaint and the response was "I will send your refund request to the people in charge but first tell me why you are not satisfied. My reply to to that was "I put the reasons in the email you just responded to. I want my money back." The guarantee does not say you have to play any chat games with the help, it says if you are not satisfied for any reason you get a 100% money back guarantee. I am not satisfied even 1% and want my money back. I fully intend to send a letter to the company and to our local TV station that does consumer complaints and if necessary I will contact the AG's office.in Texas we do not like to be ripped off!!!
