I ordered and paid for the "fret2fret system" which I downloaded over the internet after paying $28.99 through my paypal account. I requested a refund 4 times (the policy states a "100% money back guarantee" (if not satisfied). I was not satisfied with the system and requested a refund. I have yet to hear back from Mr. Slaiter after 4 attempts to collect my money. This is fraud!
