I purchased spyzooka and regzooka, and have been thoroughly upset by the results. Spyzooka did not remove 100% of my spyware, though it insists it did. This would be ok if i could send a scan report to spyzooka support. However their "help desk" where i am to send the report is not trusted by my internet connection and it sends me a confidentiality warning if i try to go there.
This is ridiculous. An anti-spyware company who's support site may be a threat to your computer. It would be funny if i didn't pay for it.
