In April I called AOL and cancel the free service before the free time was up. The next day AOL went into my account and took $28.00. I called AOl and asked them why did they take 28.00 dollar out of my account, and I was told by a representative that I used their interservice for 45 day; therefore I had become a member and this is why they had went into my account and, that I still had free time.
I told them, that I did not want anything to do with AOl, to please stop any services that I had there. The representative told me that she would let the free time run out, and she would cancel the service.
I told her I did not care what she did because I did not want their service and, that I was not going to use their services and I did not use their services anymore. I install AOL sometime in March; therefore it is hard for me to understand how I had used their service for 45 day because I cancel before the end of April, and there is not 45 day in a month, and I never agreed to pay AOL $28.00 pre month for internet service. The most I have ever seen was $19.95. If I would have owed them money it would not have been $28.00. Ok! I let that went, and they went into my checking account again this month.
On May 12,003 AOL, went into my checking account and took another $28.00 out of my account, and I called them. I asked them why did they take my money? I told them that, they did not have any right to take my money because I did not owe them anything, and that I wanted my money back into my account.
All the AOL representatives, (I talked with more then one.) did was talk about that I had free time left. They did not want to talk about why they took my money. The only thing they wanted to talk about was that I still had free time. I tried to explain that, I should not have any accounts with them because I called and closed all service. At that time, they told me that, I still had an open account with tham, I had opened the first of the year, but it was for 6 months and still free, and I told them again that I did not want anything to do with them. Then, they said that I had five accounts open.
I said look, all I want from you, is to know why you took my money? When, I do not owe you people, and this is when, I was told that I owed them the money, and they had every right to go into my account and take money. I told them that I was going to try everything to get my money back from them because it is not right for them to go into people account and take their money and say that it is owed to them, just because they have access to some account information. I did not owe AOL anything and they stole my money, and I think they should be in JAIL!
