I bought a song cartridge from the internet site, Leadsinger.com. The company emailed me an invoice to my email address. Order Status stated, "processed". Three weeks later I still have not received the order to my mailing address. I tried to contact them but no avail. They have no contact number to call or an address to write posted on their web site.
For the past week I have been using the only means of contacting them, via Help Zone message. They were supposed to contact me but still have not. I have attempted to contact them and leave messages at their Help Zone everyday this past week. It has been a week and I have yet to receive a response email or phone call. I provided them with my contact email and phone number. The email address that shows up on the invoice, [email protected] is invalid. I am Fed Up
