I made a purchase at kanaccassecret.com for a pair on sunglasses that was going to be a bithday present for my sister. It says to wait 4-6 weeks for delivery.
I paid for my item and received an invoice saying payment made.
I thought that it was all fine and waited a couple of days for a dispatch email. Nothing came so i tried the track my order button which didnt work so i contacted them via email asking for an update on my order.
I had an email back saying payment received and i need to wait up to 6 weeks for my item as it is being shipped internationally. They told me to contact them again if i did not receive my order after 25 working days.
I emailed them as soon as the 25 working days were up and did not get a response. I continued to email them 3times every day for a month until last week when i got a couple of notifications saying my emails were not sent so im guessing they have closed their email account!!
