3 weeks later, still no products, no returned email, no returned phone call, no returned fax, Internet

I placed an order on partsgeek.com for the first time, a day after moving addresses, Feb 24th. Partsgeek accepted my transaction and received the following:

This is to inform you that we have successfully received your order. Your order is pending subject to credit approval and inventory availability. You will receive a Sales Invoice once your payment has been confirmed. If you do not receive a Sales Invoice within 24 hours, please contact us. Your Invoice Number is: 11-988611

... That confirmation email did not come, instead I received the following email the following day Feb 25th:

This E-mail is to inform you that we have temporarily placed your order on hold. As a first time customer, we can only ship to your confirmed billing address. Unfortunately, we will not be able to ship your order to the shipping address you provided at this time. Please contact us @ 1-800-541-9352 at your earliest convenience so that we can get your order shipped today. We thank you for your patronage and look forward to servicing your automotive needs.

Makes perfectly good sense! No complaint here, I felt they were doing right by establishing this for a security standpoint. Good so far. Then the night mare began. I called immediately only to get voicemail after sitting on the phone for about 7 minutes. I called again, and again. Still just voicemail, so I left a detail message with invoice number, contact details etc and what I wanted to talk to them about. Next day no response. For the next few days I called again, still no answer. A week later my husband sent an email. No response. I sent an email with the appropriate information again March 7th. No response, I called March 7th, voicemail, left a message. I did the same on the 9th, 10th, 12th, 15th, 16th and today the 17th. I also sent a fax today, still waiting to hear something. My car is sitting unable to run without a radiator as well as severly leaking valve cover gaskets so I am having to rent a car. Partsgeek has been unresponsive and it is extremely frustrating. I do not have the extra money left to purchase parts elsewhere because it has now cost me a fortune when all is considered. Partsgeek needs to make this right.in my opinion, my money has been stolen. I paid for a service/product that has not yet till this day not been provided which is unacceptable especially in a country where shipping is reliable.
