My experience is same as others. Promises but no delivery. They gave me some phony story about why they wouldn't accept my VISA. I have to fax a voided check. I knew I had no recourse but they were convincing. Shame on me. Below is a short excerpt from a chain of email. Although deliver was promised, it never happened.
Mr. (i removed my name):
So sorry for not getting back to you promptly, we were down for a few days last week for upgrades, your account was worked again last evening and you will have a lead delivery over shortly.
I assure you that you have not been duped again.

Kathy,
As you recall from my message below I was quite hesitant to give you a check by fax. After talking to Jeannine and doing some due diligence, I felt like it would be ok. Now I fear I have been duped once again. Not only have I not received the leads that were promised, I have not even received a return phone call or email explaining the situation. I am losing confidence fast. Can you help me?
