We purchased telemarketing leads from mortgageleads4less.com on Friday August 28. The first batch we received on Tuesday 09-01-09 was old and bad data.
We were concerned right out of the gate when everyone of those leads that we called had never received a call from anyone the night before or even a call from a telemarketer about a loan modification. On top of that, they had already completed a modification several months ago, or started the process over a month ago. There were also leads that had a no solicitation on their phone numbers
They tried to explain to me that will happen, and that is why then sent more than what I asked for. They said that they would investigate those leads that I sent back for replacement. We gave them one more day, and received the same thing (old/bad data).
We had placed a stop and cancellation on my leads Friday 9-4-09, and have never received a call or email in response to the message. Their phone always goes to voice mail, and have sent several emails to the sales department, and our rep Kathy Johnson.
It's Wednesday 9-9-09, and we still have not received a response, or even leads for that matter. Stay away from this company, buy your data direct from the Bureau's.
