My company ordered $500 worth of leads through a representative of USA Marketing & Telesvcs, Corp. Named Kathy Johnson in February. Kathy Johnson initially contacted us via e-mail from the address [email protected] offering "live" mortgage leads via call center transfer with a special deal of buy one get one free. We placed the order and faxed over a voided check to Kathy Johnson and the $500 was drafted electronically from our account immediately at which time we were assured that the leads would begin immediately.
It is now April 3 and no leads. I have called their toll free number 866-678-3608 and tried every extension on several occasions and on every attempt but one, I received voicemail. That one occasion I did get through to a real person who claimed they would have their accounting department call me back. That was over one week ago and no call from this person in the "accounting department"
I have also sent multiple e-mails to this Kathy Johnson and have not received a single response. She sure was quick to reply when she was trying to make the sale, but now... Nothing.
This company is a fraud and WILL scam you out of your money. DO NOT waste your time or money on their bogus leads. There is no "call center" for leads - if there was I would not constantly get voicemail.
Stick with the reputable companies, not these greedy thieves.
