I was solicited by a woman named Stacy Douglas, who offered me "the best lead program in the mortgage industry". I was promised 2 leads for the price of 1. At $1350 for 90 leads, I figured it's worth a try. However, ONE WEEK after receiving my registration information, I had not receives ONE LEAD. I called Stacy, who promptly referred me to "Customer Service", who told me I should be getting leads. Another 2 days passed, and still, no leads. I send an email requesting a refund, as they were not delivering leads and told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau is they didn't send me a refund in 5 business days. Not only did I not get a refund, but I got no response. As promised, I filed a report with the BBB, and will contact the Attorney General's office next. Something needs to be done about these kinds of businesses!
