Turnkeynation.com - BMH - Bradley Hayes sells bogus website packages with a recurring yearly charge debited from your Paypal account without your consent

I purchased a website package from Turnkeynation.com a year ago. At first it seemed like a good deal, for a one-time fee of 79.99 I was set up with a business website that sells e-books. The person who assisted me, Bradley Hayes, asked for my Paypal info to assist in setting up the transaction part of the business.

Unknown to me at the time, he also surreptitiously setup a yearly subscription fee of 79.99 against my Paypal account. (I changed my password since then, yeah I know, I was stupid to give him access)

On getting the website, I discovered that the e-books he gave me resale rights to were filled with outdated information, broken links, basically useless junk. No matter, I thought at the time, at least I have a domain name, a hosting server and a pretty professional looking website package, and the ability to post my own e-books.

The first indication I found that something was amiss was that all the links in my website for contact info were directed to [email protected] rather than my contact info. No matter, I changed the contact info and thought nothing more of it.

I marketed this website for a while and received no sales -even after one of my personal friends informed me that they had purchased my e-books. I checked and there was no record of that payment to my Paypal account. Hmmm, where did the payment go? I inquired and received no reply from Turnkeynation.com

I put this problem on the back burner as I had other interests to pursue at the time. A year went by and I was notified by Paypal that my account was again debited 79.99 for a subscription renewal fee. The transaction was by eBMH Inc or, as I later discovered, BMH Inc. I performed a whois on my site and Turnkeynation, and found the following info:

I dug deeper and discovered that Mr. Hayes not only registers the domain names, of which there are currently 477 domains in his name, he also retains control of those names and can cancel them any time he wants.

I registered a dispute with Paypal and was informed that the transaction was legitimate. This is when I discovered the subscription entered in my Paypal account, something that is not readily noticeable, no obvious menu selections to view this info...

I canceled the subscription and asked for a refund, which was denied by Turnkeynation on the grounds that no refunds are given. I then checked the website I had purchased, and subsequently involuntarily paid for another full year's subscription, and guess what? It was not up anymore.

Mr Hayes took my money and did not renew the domain name. This website was also hosted by Ovis Hosting, which I don't beleive they are directly involved, my communications with them seems to indicate that they are just a middleman providing hosting services. At any rate, they only provide the file server space, not the domain, or the website content. The only money they received was not directly from me. Of course, I could be wrong about their involvement...

In my opinion Turnkeynation.com is a scam website that sells bogus web business packages with cheap, outdated junk, and gets the buyer to market for them with any sales going right back to Bradley Hayes aka Turnkeynation.com aka BMH Inc. And this goes on until the buyer discovers they are being scammed, then he pulls the plug.

Lesson learned on my part, I made $0 on a $159.98 investment, plus my time for the right to sell outdated junk with the proceeds going to directly to Bradley Hayes.

Thanks Brad, have a nice day...
