This Company is selling what they called Affiliate Casino Website, and when you pay for it you will not get the site until after almost 3 weeks. They say that the hosting and domain is free for one year and charge you 79.99 after. FYI: Domain registry and hosting will cost you only 7.49/year, So the price they are charging after a year is good for ten years if you will shop around and find the best price.
Being an affiliate Website is free, you can sign-up to a lot of online Casino to be one of their affiliate not a single penny will cost you. This Company is selling website just to get you hooked on their hosting services too, You will loose a lot of money and think how many website out there is the same as what you have purchased from them. Plus sky-high price for domain and hosting which you will need to pay for you to be able to see your website on the web... This is terrible!
I try to purchased one website and cancel it 27 hours after. I paid 79.99 for the website and another 79.99 for domain and hosting which they will charge after a year. It's been 9 days now and they did not refund my money yet. I've been calling their customer Service no. 18886887076, But nobody answers the phone...
It is just a recording telling you to leave your name and number because all of their customer service representatives are busy at the moment... Best way to reach them? Send an email... Which I did and a very unprofessional response is what I got. He even tells him that He is the owner... The email has no greetings or something? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, LIKE THEIR COMPANY...
This is a terrible business. I can't imagine how they treat their customers with such email. Advice to those who want to put up their online business, Deal with Real people, Company with offices and established businesses, So in case, you are not satisfied you can always go to their office, talk to them about your issues. Or better to check their physical address, for you to send a letter in the mail, just in case. Check their customer service number too! Thank You!
