Buyers are confused when they return fakes for repair to "Tri-Cord Tool Company USA" thinking they will be repaired and then find out they will not be repaired or returned without paying for return shipment. This cost is usually more than original cost of $7.00 to 10.00. This may not be intential by E-Bay but they have done nothing to correct problem after numerous complaints.
