Called today to see how much it would cost to put a new cord on my vacuum because one of my rescue dogs chewed it, they told me $15. Oo for labor and the cost of a new cord. I asked how much a new cord cost they said between $3 and $4I'm thinking great probably a $20 fix. Got there they said between $60 to $100 to replace the cord, I thought they were joking, they said no because it broke down towards the bottom they would have to take the vacuum apart. The charge $15. For 15 minutes of service, that my friend is a $1.00 a minute to replace a cord.
