I purchased an opal pendant from Debbie Drury at pretties4u.com via an Ebay online auction. When the item came it was very dissapointing because the color was off and there were some areas that are cloudy. Depsite my unhappiness with the opal I left Debbie positive feedback (those of you familiar with Ebay will understnd what I mean) but said in the comments section "smaller than I expected and the color's bit off BUT you can never tell with opals" which I thought was fair. Well, my comments ticked Debbie off and she left hostile and retalitory feedback for me, forever ruining my perfect rating with Ebay.
I was upset about the feedback she left so I sent an email that said 'shame on you, why did you do that after I left YOU positive feedback?' Her email reply to me was this:
You can go to hell. I blocked you from emailing me and you set up an account to harrass me. The pendant was 1st quality. You have gotten away with you bashing of seller way to long. I am planning on suing you. I will not tolerate any more emails from you. Since I have your work address you have made it very easy to have you served for legal action. Anything else from you will result in the police making a visit to YOUR WORK for harrassment and threats
