I have had the most horrible experience with a woman I hope to never again encounter! I bought a ring from her on eBay at the end of February. The ring was a very dull and lifeless opal, not at all like the fiery beauty pictured in her description on eBay. But she did send it, so I figured I owed her a positive feedback for that at least. I stated in my feedback that I had been a bit disappointed since the stone was opaque and not like the one in the picture. I was not nasty in my tone.
The next thing I knew, I had the most hateful negative feedback you can imagine! I was stunned! Feedback on eBay is very important, and she had just destroyed mine! I sent her an email asking why she had done this to me for no cause? Her response was:
Your a damn bitch thats why. The picture was dark and I know you got a much better stone that pictured. You had negatives and you were not suppose to bid on my auctions and use a BIN. You should be kicked off ebay for not following a seller TOS and I am turning you in for violating my policy. How DARE you tell the whole world my items are bad... Thats slander and defamation of charater and I will sue you in court if you ever email me again
I once again tried to discuss this with her but found that she had blocked my email! Her entire message was full of lies. I had no negatives, I didn't even use a buy-it-now, and I never said her items were "bad". I just said I was disappointed in the stone! I didn't even mention how the band had indentations in it.
I tried to go through eBay to get the negative feedback removed. They didn't bother to even respond, although they do state that it's very rare that feedback can be removed.in the meantime, Mrs. Drury went back to my feedback and left another comment! Although only 1 remark is counted, the hateful words are still there for anyone to see. I am furious at her mean spirit and nasty mouth. Because I don't want to see this happen to any more good people, I felt I had to write about my experience. I am not the only one. But I do hope I'm the last.
