I inadvertantly signed up with Ringaza.com for ringtones and emailed within 2 hours to cancel. I never downloaded or used the service. They refuse to refund the 9.99 charge even though I cancelled right away. It just takes a push of a button to reverse the charge but it seems they are really hard up for my 9.99. The new American business model seems to be "steal a little bit of money from alot of people". Would love to be part of a class action suit to put this type of slimeball outfit out of business.
