On the Internet this company has a box that says click here for free ringtones. But when you click there, they have you enter your phone number. You do that, thinking that they are sending the free ringtone, but it is actuall a subscription company that charges 9.99 for their service. Upon entering the phone number and then getting a text message saying I would be charged, I simply deleted the message and returned one that said cancel, as they stated if I did not want to continue the service. I thought that was that. But now, one month later there is a charge of 9.99 on my phone bill. I called the customer service number, after getting no help from the rep, I asked for the supervisor, and got the same answer. They have no Buyers Right to Cancel, once you type your phone number in there, you are subscribed and charged 9.99 whether you download any music, ringtones or not. When asking for a refund with confirmation that the cancellation was immediate and no services were rendered, I was told they do not refund and I cannot go onto the site and download anything because I cancelled! They state they are in New York, but I see on line that they are in other countries so I am of the assumption that this company has an office in New York, but both reps sounded like they were not of American descent. I cannot believe a company that is actually from the USA would not have a buyers right to cancel, so this is probably not an American Company. Please get this out to everyone. DO NOT do business with DaDa.net or anyof their subsideries. If there is a class action suit, I would like to be a part of it.
