My 11 year old daughter accidently signed up for a free ringtone. She recieved a text message asking her if she wanted the ringtone. She replied yes, not knowing there would be a 9.99 charge.
When I called to dispute the carge and ask for a refund i was told thaey could not give me a refund.
This had happen with another company and they gladlt refunded my money because it was a mistake that a minor made.
This company after being put on hol for a total of 1 hour and getting the run around when asking to talk to a supervisor refuses to refund the $9.99.
The amount is not the issue, it is the principal. Kids make mistakes and this company should not be allowed to steal people's money.
