Attended a seminar the end of November, they said that they would set me up as a "Blue Chip" business and that I could put the education that they offer on my business account. They would make me look so good with my $100k of credit, that Stephen Covey would help write the business plan for my company. I have called and called and so far no business.
They called one night and talked me into another class (yes I was stupid) I still believed that they were going to set me up with a business. Two days later I emailed the guy that called me and said I don't want these classes, that I didn't trust the company. He said it was too late. They had sent a contract for me to sign, but of course they sent it to my house and not my work, so I didn't see it for a few days. I called my credit card company and disputed my charges. At the present time BOA is working on it. I also contacted the Utah Attorney General and the BBB of Utah. The BBB of Utah contacted Grow Rich / ISI and Grow Rich refunded my latest charge of $11,400. I still have an outstanding charge of $10,995 which I am fighting.
I spoke to someone at the Utah attorney general's office and the man said that it was my word against ISI's, since I didn't have it in writing about the company. Don't think that I will get any help there.
They sent a software package and a book, with no explantion and no direction. I asked them to send to my office since I was not home, they said they would and of course the package went to my house. I had gotten charged by the software company and told them that I never signed up and didn't use the software. They cancelled my subscription and reversed my charges. They said that they were having a lot of problems with the people that Grow Rich signed up.
How do we get this fixed? What do we do to stop a big company? I urge everyone that was taken advantage of to contact the Utah Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau of Utah. So far I have recooped $11,400.
Will let you know if BOA can stand up for their customer and fight a "big guy" in Utah.
