I signed up for a monthly membership to access Game Spy's website to play games online with a network of people (Q3). The website works fine and the games were fun.
However, I don't have the time to play games any more. The only way to cancel a membership is my sending an e-mail to Game Spy support asking them to cancel my membership.
I sent an e-mail over 60 days ago and my credit card is still being charged the monthly membership fee. When I called the company's phone number to resolve the issue, I was transferred to customer support.
The voice mail in customer support states there is no customer support by phone. The only way to reach customer support is by e-mail. Customer support by e-mail has not followed my instructions to cancel my membership.
This is a rip-off.
