I placed an on-line order for 5 inkjet and 1 laser cartridge from 1800inkjets.com, which I received promptly via FedEx two days later. The items arrived as per my order and at the agreed price.
Then, about 5 days after my on-line order with 1800inkjets.com, a UPS shipment arrived on my porch. It was another laser cartridge from Global Ink. I did not order anything from Global Ink, yet they sent this toner cartridge unsolicited.
What I find disturbing is the fact that it was the correct cartridge for my printer, information that Global Ink must have somehow hacked from my original order with 1800inkjets.com (or someone at 1800inkjets.com shared the info with Global Ink).
At any rate, there is no phone number on the Global Ink packing sheet, nor any price shown for the item enclosed. It doesn't explain how they received this order or how it was to be billed (credit card, direct billed, etc.). I am now worried that an unknown amount will be billed to my American Express card (which I used to order from 1800inkjets.com).
