Pacific Web Works, EPenzio, Penztell ripoff ripoff con-artists took us for all we had, and we are still being billed for services they can't perform...
In Dec, Bring It Home presented a seminar in Overland Park, KS. They promised lots of support and big bucks to be made. I invested $5100 in websites to sell plus signed up for an Epenzio merchant account and as a reseller. The software they sold us was very difficult to use even for an experienced web designer. There was no support to speak of unless we signed up for a mentoring program of several more thousand dollars. I have been paying on the Epenzio account but never made any sales to use it. Now I find that Epenzio and Penztell to longer exist.
Fair Financial is still billing me for the merchant account that I can't find anywhere. They say I still owe $1900 on it. I refuse to pay for something I can utilize. I would like to return the software to Pacific WebWorks and get my money back. Any help or advice you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
