Quick Cash From Craigslist
Not up front about the trial period

When I signed up with "Quick Cash from Craigslist" to receive the disc, I was made to believe that the 14 day trial period was to start when I received their product.instead, they charged my credit card, with the 14 days after the purchased date. I didn't even receive their disc until 22 days after I ordered. So, when I received my statement with the charge, I called them right away, and tried to complain about the time of charge. The lady on the other end of the phone did not even care about the mixup, she just explained their policy and couldn't refund anything.

I tried to talk with her supervisor, but she kept saying, they were all busy, now I know why. I refused to hangup until I spoke with one of them, so after about 30 min. I finally spoke with another lady that didn't care about their client either.

I know the amount is not alot, $39.95, but it was the fact that no one seemed to care that their trial period was not clear for their customers to make a decission weather to accept or not.

I feel they are totally doing a scam on the public, and I want to warn everyone who is thinking about trying this service. Please be aware.
