If the onlything that happed was my forgetting to cancel the account, I would not be concerned.
The website was legitimatequickcash.com the packet was mailed from Quick Cash and the charge was to a MC-GOOGPROFIT, why the three different names.
The shipping said Quick Cash, 4600 Prim Parkway, McHenry, Il, but I was charge a fee for a foreign transaction fee. It appears to be an offshore company acting like they are a legitimate US business.
800 number required about a 20 minute wait for answer. Customer service person was very difficult to understand. It took several minutes to get the account canceled and I will not be certain it was canceled until another month rolls around see if I am charged again.
Company refused to issue a refund on the first month, even though I explained that I didn't receive the packet until a week after the free trial expired. (The website does clearly state that it is a 7 day trial period).
It would be good customer service to refund, but it is not illegal, so that was my mistake.
