I found the merchant BUSH FURNITURE PLUS through Yahoo Shopping and placed the order on December 8. For weeks, I called him and he said that the "special" model was "lost in shipment" but wouldn't furnish tracking a #. After 45 days without getting delivery of the computer, I contacted "Mr. B" one more time, cancelling the order on the phone and via email, I then contacted Pay Pal. They filed a dispute and allowed the merchant an additional 10 days to contact them... He did not respond.
Pay Pal ruled in my favor and recovered a small portion of the money the merchant happened to have in his Pay Pal account... He has since stopped using that Pay Pal account and, I suspect he has started another. Following the resolution of the claim, I was free to order a similar computer from an Ebay vendor and it has been delivered already (within a week of payment).
"Mr. B" at Bush Furniture Plus has been avoiding my calls and not responding to my emails... We are pursuing criminal avenues.
