I purchased a bedroom set from s& l furniture on Ebay on 11/3/07. The owner, Lou, set up a delivery date but never delivered my set. He told me that a lot of inventory was damaged due to weather conditions and he promised me that I was going to get my set. I have tried to contact him by phone but I couldn't even leave a message as his messages are full. I trusted this guy and didn't file a claim with Ebay as furniture takes more than the 45 days to be delivered. When realized I wasn't going to get my set it was past the 45 day time limit that Ebay offers for claims.
