I orderd hughes net in Dec. i have had it for two and a half months.in the last two and a half months I have been lied to and ripped off constantly. I was told when i first sighned up that i had 30 days to cancel and when i tried to cancel they would not let me, they kept putting me off and giving me the run-a-round till the 30 days was up, then told me i could cancel but i have to pay a $400.00 cancelation fee. I have gone without internet access for weeks at a time, they just want to send us a new modem, we are on our 3rd modem and still they will not let me cancel. Hughes net says they will send a tech man out to see what the problem is and they never show up we call and ask why they did not show up and they tell me that i called and cancel the tech.
This has been a complete nightmare. I have know idea what to do. I have asked for the president of huges net address and phone number or anyone that can help me when I call and they hang up on. If there is any one that can help me i would be so greatful. Thank you
