We have had hughes neta for approximately 14 months and havae continually had difficulty if utilizing the service. I have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to get connected. I was told I would recaeive creit yet never did. Now the current problem is no service for over two weeks repair men have been out four times tried number new parts to no relief. Tody the service man said he would order a dish can you believe that a new dish yet he had never seen one go bad, how do they go bad? Anyway and bring it tomorrrow. I ask what the charge would be and he said he had no idea to call hughes which I did well afataer two service number of which I now havea total of over 10 in the past two weeks well he said first no chage then I again ask did you say no charge he then said hughes would be in touch with me before the day is out because I am not paying for a new dish theis is down right rip off. I ask to have my service, which I really don'ta have to be discontinued he said that would bae 400. I said what he said you signed for 254 months and I said that was for service which I don't haave and have had difficulties from the beginning he said someone would get in touch wiht me which I doubt. Anyway I will probably cancel service becaus I am paying them for NOTHING
