Turnkeywebtools - sunshops company rips off another good customer!

I bought 2 shopping carts from Turnkey Web Tools, Inc. (www.Turnkeywebtools.com for my internet business and I want to share my horror story today with everyone!

I had a few issues with installing my cart so I called these idiot's and they made up lies about how it was my hosting providers problems that caused these issues. Then they said if I pay them $149 extra I could have them fix them.

They use a CHEAP VOIP Phone system that dumps callers after waiting on hold for 45 minutes so it's "IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM". Their online chat system is ran by the 2 owners that act like they are "Support People" with no knowledge of anything.

When I email them they reply with a 1 Liner. "Sorry, can't help"

Bottom line... They Lie to their customers, The email support is a joke, the Sunshops Cart has Bugs like you can't believe, and they can't be contacted by phone.

I asked for a refund by email and of course they never replied. Class Act!

I am now with ZenCart and so happy!
