Quite simply I was impressed by the lure of making extra money. I purchased a CD for like $4.96, never received it, then being busy, time went by, then after checking my credit card statements I had two more charges, one for $96.26, another for $88.25, then called the company and they said that I clicked on the terms and conditions and because of that I authorized a monthly charge. Let me tell you, if I were there I would have left with something of equal or greater value.
They offered me two free months, two free months of what? I never read a 30-40 page user agreement, do you, she admitted that she doesn't. There was no supervisor to talk to, my hands were tied. I contacted my credit card company, they are sending me a new card, new number, erasing the charges and taking it up with Mr. Money Tree.
