Ordered 2 items from Dream Products on 1/20-09 and they took the money out of my acct. On 1/22 however, the products never arrived. I sent inquiries as to their antiquated shipping method... Shoddy, cheesy, practice of grabbing the cash before the item was in the mail... Received a BS reply about how happy they are to hear from customers and shipping is approximate - have a nice day.
After sending another email February 6th, I was told one item was not available and I would receive a credit. Today, February 10, I received one item, not the other and no credit, no apology. Shoddy, shameful way of doing business. They have catchy items, reasonable pricing, so they grab you and then they fleece you. Buyer beware applies in caps.
