I placed an order with this company, it took them forever to ship then they said they shipped and did supply me with a tracking number but it took another week and a half before it actually left their business. They sent the wrong item—not even close to what I ordered!
The item that they sent was a $30 item according to their catalog and I ordered 2 items totaling $115.00. They will not answer any of my e-mails! The items that I ordered I was told were authentic and the item they sent me is a cheap knock off of an iPod—if this shows their quality of goods—their goods are absolute junk!!! They claimed they had a refund policy in an earlier e-mail but I guess that only applies if they contact you back!
I have tried to be nice and work with them but I can't work with them if they won't reply to my e-mails.
Do not trust this company or the quality of their goods! The person I was dealing with goes by SuFay
