I needed Skype for a couple of months. They sold me the whole package with phone numbers and all. That was all good.
NOW, I don't need it anymore, but I can't seem to get it cancelled.
FIRST, they say how sorry they are that I want to cancel. It will take about a week to process the cancellation.
THEN, they tell me I must go to a specific URL to do it, but the URL is a dead end. I went to their FAQ and forums. Not much help there. I did get another email address to try.
THEN, after I sent the 3rd email, I get this complicated and demanding response to jump through all kinds of hoops in order to cancel. Six steps that I can't complete... Here's what they said...
