Takes revenge by blocking my Skype access after I caught them in the act of double-charging credit card

On June 9th, I purchased $64.85 worth of Skype credit for my group account. Since Skype has a senseless policy toward U.S. Citizens who buy minutes while at a location outside of the U.S., barring them from using their U.S. Credit Cards issued by U.S. Banks, Skype left me no other option than to make the purchase through a third party (Paypal).

When the charge appeared on my credit card, I discovered that Skype had charged my credit card twice in the amount of $64.85, but had only credited it once to my group account. I filed a dispute with Paypal. Nearly a month later, I received notice from Paypal indicating that Skype had ignored the dispute and had not responded. I then had to escalate the claim. Finally on July 13th, I received notice from Skype claiming that they had charged back my order, although there was no evidence of this on my credit card statement. The same day, when I tried to make a call on Skype using my individual account, I received a message that my access was blocked. When I tried to access my group account, access was again blocked and I couldn't verify the amount of Skype credit there.

I have sent 6 messages to Skype demanding an explanation and requesting that they cease the unwarranted blockage of my account. Those requests have all been ignored. This blatant attempt to conceal my account information from me following a dispute bears the appearance of fraud, in addition to just plain extremely poor customer service.
