Unlimited LD service fee magically appeared on Verizon bill. USBI claims I ordered on internet but cannot send documentation - the claim that the charge is "viable" because they have my email address (wrong birthdate/wrong address) USBI would not transfer me to a supervisor. Verizon claims no responsibility as this carrier is permitted to bill on my Verizon account. I have stopped automatic payment function to Verizon as they cannot protect their customers from these type of fraudulent charges.
