My wife had ordered from fromyouflowers.com and the credit card info was directed to a third party (reservation rewards) which insidiously masks itself as a survey or something similar and charged the credit card. We have been charged $12 a month since July for something we never authorized and would never be interested in using. It is my fault for letting these small charges slip under the radar, but it is the fault of "from you flowers" for allowing this activity to occur through their website in the first place.
From you flowers offered their apologies for the inconvenience. My bank is refunding $36. It's funny how reservation rewards was so willing to cancel the account when I called them (it's also the second touch tone option), considering the amount of deception involved to take your money in the place. I guess they are making so much money (near $100M in revenue recently) so easily they will give it up to keep the noise down.
