I bought a new laptop and also a wireless router for my printer. I spent over $900 and needless to say the wireless would not work with the laptop they sold me! I left the computer to get an "optimization service". After leaving it with them for 10 hours i got it home and the mouse was fried!!! I spent an hour calling the store and when i finally got someone to pick up one of the sales people told me they were too busy to help me and i should just return it!!! They walk around behind that Geek Squad counter like who the hell they are and we are just a bunch of morons!!! There could be a line 20 people long and they act like they don't even see you there!!! They could be the last store opened on the planet and i would never buy another thing from them! They are horrible at customer service and they are rude and nasty! I would rather shop at Costco!!!
