Best Buy, very poor customer experience

I bought a router, surge protector, and Geek Squad appt, The surge pretector did not conduct electricity in 4 of its seven slots, I could not get the router to turn on, took it back, waited 1/2 hour in Geek squad line, found out it was the protector! Went home, got the router working, took the Geek Squad appt and the protector back, waited 1/2 hour for service while 2 store pickup clerks did nothing, finally got service, a Geek Squad person could not make the cancellation/return system work, I could raise about 4 Corrective Actions regarding training, cross training, customer experience, etc. Woodruff Road, Greenville SC, Company is in trouble, first thing to go is the QA system/people.
