Would not refund an orignal amount - said this order was placed by my Son, he is disabled and has never placed any order on line at any time. He has anoxic brain injury, customer service would not let me speak to a supervisor explaining the circumstances of this order. She stated they do not issue refunds of any kind. I feel that they should have understood the situation and made an exception. She did cancel the monthly charge, but would not refund the charge that was pending in the bank account. I am angry that a company would not even listen to the cirumstances and make an exception to the rule.
