Steven Shipman owes over 18 thousand in back child support to his son whom he has not seen in over 3 years. He disappeared because his current wife does not want Steven to have contact with his first son because they have their own family now so he thinks it's ok just to ignore the fact that he has a son he is responsible for in Colorado Springs. We have made numerous attempts to contact him and he has repeatedly changed his phone number and keeps all records in his wife's initials to try to hide. He only works under the table so he doesn't have to file taxes so he won't be garnished. He is the lowest scum of the earth.
