USSUN.com is a Scammer; they Advertise Falsely, they do not deliver their purchases, and do not heed their own declared guarantee. USSUN offers Power Audio Software, PhotoCool, BatchPhoto WaterMark, and SQL Script Recovery Pro. USSUN.com, their website, advertises very obviously, that they will offer a 30-day unconditional money back guarantee if dissatisfied with their software.
I explained in more than 6 emails to them that their Audio software was not compatible with my laptop computer, and following their instructions, requested my refund. Still, after more than 30 days and six emails, I have never heard a word from USSUN. I also ordered and paid for the disc which USSUN offers for the program. I never received the disc.
It is unfortunate that RegSoft, the sales agent for USSUN, which I understood was a reliable company, could not verify the sale, although their name is very obvious and noted on my credit card statement.
Anyone who deals with this company is taking huge risks and should avoid them.
